	Jim died on May 16, 2022. He was a lawyer with his own firm in Mississippi.  A 1969 graduate of Yale University, he earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi in 1973 and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami in 1974. He was a member of the Mississippi Bar and the American Bar Association, specializing in Partnership, Corporate and Tax Law, Commercial Planning, Real Estate and Estate Planning.

Tom Delaney	"I hadn’t seen Jim after our graduation until our 50 year anniversary. To my knowledge he hadn’t attended any of the previous HGS ‘65 reunion weekends. He told me that had he known our reunions were so much fun, he would have attended more often. I wish he had. RIP, my friend. You’ll be missed. "
